The Coachman Guest House is in very safe Swellendam (well, so far) but that doesn’t meant to say you should not lock your doors when you go out. Equally, lock your car when leaving it and pack valuables away out of sight.While nobody’s saying you should leave your jewellery and fancy cameras at home, go easy on the bling blings!

Beach and Pool Precautions

Don’t go diving in at the deep end. There might not be one. In other words familiarise yourself with the layout and depth of pools beforehand. Diving is not permitted at The Coachman Guest House . Only bathe on officially designated beaches while lifeguards are on duty. On health grounds it’s safer not to swim in dams and rivers.
